Accident reported Shannon R. Thomas of La Cygne was driving a 1992 Mitsubishi Eclipse east on 399th Street, west of Jingo Road, at 11:39 a.m. March 21 when she hit a deer, according to a Miami County Sheriff’s Office report. Thomas was not injured. She was wearing a seat belt.
