Elder M. Bruch

Elder M. Bruch, 89, died Friday, May 2, 2008, in North Point Skilled Nursing Home in Paola. He was a veteran of World War II, serving as a medic in the U.S. Army Air Corps in North Africa and Italy. He first moved to Paola in 1948 and then lived in Oklahoma for some time. He was employed from the U.S. Postal Services from 1951 until retiring in 1982. Survivors include his wife, Pauline Bruch of Osawatomie, and a son, Mike Bruch of Beagle. Services were Tuesday in Diamond Cemetery in Diamond, Mo. Arrangements were under the direction of Feuerborn Family Funeral Service of Garnett.
