Kirk T. Anderson, 89, Olathe, formerly of Fort Scott, father of K. Tom Anderson Jr. of Louisburg, died Sunday, May 11, 2008, at the Olathe Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Aberdeen Village. Interment will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Fort Scott National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Kansas Talking Books, 1515 SW 10th Ave., Topeka, KS 66604-1374. A message may be left for the family at www.penwellgabel.com.
