Deborah M. Minden of Paola filed a lawsuit against Lonnie Brewer of Paola, asking for $4,000 for unsatisfactory auto repairs.
The court found in favor of the plaintiff, Damon D. and Rita McDowell of Osawatomie against Patty and Edward Mays, asking for $3,000 to repay a loan they made on the condition that the defendant would do work on their flood-damaged home. The judgment was in the amount of $2,100.
