Board selects new member, president
The Raytown Board of Education has selected Allison Bruflat to fill the seat vacated by Steve Mullally earlier this year. Members have also selected Rick Moore to be the new board president.
The selections were made at the board meeting Monday, May 12.
After the selections were made, Moore thanked board member Cathy Mack for her service as board president the past year.
He noted the challenges the school district faced this past year, including budget issues, overseeing the bond projects and the selection of a new superintendent.
