Richard C. Fisher, 83, of Gladstone died Sunday, May 11, 2008, at North Kansas City Hospital. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. today, May 15, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 1357 N.E. 42nd Terrace. Burial will be at Resurrection North Cemetery.
