Missouri State Representative T.J. Berry represents the Smithville/Kearney 35th State Congressional District in the Capitol in Jefferson City. He is a graduate of Liberty High School and has a bachelor’s degree in graphic arts management from Central Missouri State University. He is married to his high school sweetheart Shelly Ellison.
